Customer Marketing Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Produce case studies, video testimonials, and live storytelling opportunities featuring Fortune 500 clients.
• Partner with commercial teams to surface customer voices for press, analyst, and content initiatives.
• Translate messaging priorities into compelling customer narratives.
• Equip the commercial team with sales-ready proof points categorized by use case, industry, and persona.
• Manage customer speaking opportunities across in-person and virtual events.
• Develop executive roundtables and peer-to-peer community functions for strategic clients.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY for a hybrid role.

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, lifecycle, or product marketing.
• Proven track record of building and sustaining relationships with C-suite and senior enterprise leaders.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write for executive audiences.
• AI-native mindset with demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
