TL;DR

Location: On-site in San Francisco

Compensation: $150K – $200K + Equity

hirify.global is an AI-native automation platform that builds intelligent agents to replace manual enterprise processes with adaptive software.

What you will do

  • Build and scale the sales enablement program, including onboarding curriculum, demo certification, and competitive education.
  • Create high-impact content such as one-pagers and cheatsheets to reduce AE ramp time and improve effectiveness.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear messaging and customer-facing value propositions.
  • Partner with Engineering and Sales leadership to ensure the sales team can effectively position new capabilities.
  • Analyze Gong calls to identify friction points in the sales process and iteratively improve enablement assets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth B2B technology company with a focus on sales enablement.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
  • High technical aptitude and ability to understand AI technology as deeply as a Product Manager.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including public speaking.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Willingness to travel domestically to train Account Executives.
