Real Estate Project Manager

Location: US remote or hybrid; Santa Ana, California. Candidates within a one-hour commute of a hirify.global office are required to work onsite most of the time. Travel is required 50% of the time and during critical project milestones. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $110,891–$145,463 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Develop real estate strategies for site planning, design, construction, and portfolio expansion across US and global locations.
• Manage large office and light industrial buildouts, renovations, team moves, budgets, timelines, and project priorities.
• Guide domestic and international site selection, facility tours, market evaluation, and budget development.
• Build a portfolio management system with the Real Estate team and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, brokers, landlords, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate permitting, construction-delay, and other project risks while driving efficiencies and savings.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Real Estate or Workplace Project Manager, or equivalent.
• Experience independently managing office and light industrial construction projects of 50,000+ square feet and $10M+ budgets.
• Extensive lease negotiation and construction project management experience.
• Experience managing and reporting on large-scale budgets, including value engineering exercises.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, influencing, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
• US work authorization and willingness to travel 50% of the time are required.
