Sr. Mechanical Engineer

What you will do

• Design mechanical parts, assemblies, installations, enclosures, and components for high-voltage products below 900V.
• Develop thermal and mechanical designs for server liquid-cooling modules.
• Prepare engineering drawings, reports, material lists, and work instructions.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation of mechanical parts.
• Work with customers and suppliers to understand system requirements and develop solutions.
• Coordinate design specifications and resolve issues with mechanical, application, and product engineering teams across regions.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience as a mechanical engineer.
• Experience designing products for servers, datacenters, testing equipment, or automobiles.
• Strong analysis skills and proficiency with 2D/3D CAD and simulation software, including SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in sheet-metal design for power electronics devices and knowledge of mechanical design processes, materials, and fabrication methods.
• Knowledge of product assembly, QA procedures, ISO regulations, and safety certifications, plus experience cooperating with cross-functional project teams.
