Senior Field Applications Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel to customer sites and events is required.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Guide customers in designing and deploying Baya technologies into their products.
• Assist with customized solution design and implementation based on customer requirements.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
• Track industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies to advise customers on product development strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field applications engineering or a customer-facing technical role.
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing or supporting complex SoC products from architecture definition through tape-out, including implementation challenges on advanced process nodes.
• Understanding of functional safety standards and certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, colleagues, and partners at all levels.
• Availability to travel to customer sites and events.
