QA Program Manager

hirify.global operates outpatient health scanning clinics that combine proprietary technology with direct clinical care to provide preventative, data-driven healthcare.

What you will do

• Map clinical quality assurance processes across outpatient clinics, identify gaps against applicable standards, and create a prioritised remediation roadmap.
• Design and embed a scalable QA framework covering audit cadence, data review cycles, and clinic-level accountability for quality metrics.
• Build the quality data review process by defining indicators, collecting data from existing systems, and delivering recurring dashboards.
• Lead at least two cross-functional QA improvement initiatives across clinical, operations, and technology teams, with measurable improvements against a baseline.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, audit tools, and training materials for clinic teams.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in quality assurance, program management, or a closely adjacent function, including at least 3 years in healthcare or a regulated clinical setting.
• Experience designing and running outpatient, primary care, or ambulatory care QA programs where the framework did not already exist.
• Experience defining quality metrics, working with operational data, and turning trends into actionable improvements.
• Strong program management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills across clinical and non-clinical teams.
• AI fluency and experience using data tools and AI-assisted analysis with appropriate human oversight.
• Experience with medical device quality or regulated environments, including ISO 13485, EU MDR, or an equivalent framework.

Nice to have

• Background in population health, patient safety, insurance, or managed care quality programs.
• Experience in a scaling health technology company where quality infrastructure was being built rather than maintained.
