Program Manager, Product Management (AI)

What you will do

• Manage strategic, large-scale product initiatives, including product modernization, AI/ML integration, and other transformational multi-quarter projects.
• Create accurate, timely, executive-ready status reports and dashboards covering progress, milestones, budgets, resourcing, and delivery timelines.
• Define and monitor milestones, KPIs, and success metrics, identifying initiatives that are off track.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, blockers, and cross-team dependencies with recommended paths forward.
• Establish and facilitate project reviews, steering committees, checkpoints, and other governance cadences.
• Coordinate product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success stakeholders to maintain accountability and support prioritization decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing and reporting on strategic projects from initiation through delivery.
• Hands-on proficiency using AI tools for project management and reporting, including integrating AI into daily workflows.
• Ability to build and present clear, accurate executive-level reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
• Experience with project risk management, cross-functional issue resolution, governance cadences, and dependency tracking.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience with complex or transformational initiatives in a software, SaaS, or technology environment.
• Experience in a large, multi-product software organization or a portfolio shaped by mergers and acquisitions.
• Familiarity with ERP or vertical-market software, product roadmaps, and release processes.
• Experience presenting project updates to senior executives.
