Senior Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, or New York

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Drive the architecture and end-to-end delivery of product features for an AI-powered AML platform.
• Build scalable frontend and backend components using Java and React.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical coaching.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Consulting, and Sales to align business priorities with technical implementation.
• Champion Agile, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and shared production ownership.
• Develop reusable libraries and modules and own unit, integration, and performance testing strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience across backend Java and frontend React development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and distributed systems or big data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, or Hadoop.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
