Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Salary: $170,000–$400,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Design and build product interfaces, conversations, and agentic experiences across voice, text, and vision.
• Collaborate with designers to deliver fast, reliable, and useful interactions.
• Own features end-to-end, from prototyping through production deployment and iteration.
• Build frontend systems for agent workflows involving tool use, memory retrieval, and multi-step reasoning.
• Instrument shipped features, evaluate quality, gather usage signals, and improve the product.

Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering fundamentals and experience building polished, responsive interfaces.
• Experience shipping consumer products used and trusted by real people.
• Curiosity about AI, agents, and LLM-powered products.
• Product sensibility, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to iterate quickly from prototypes to production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with designers and engineers.
• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.

Nice to have

• Experience at a fast-growing AI or consumer product company.
• Experience with voice or multimodal interfaces.
• Experience with real-time streaming UI.
