TL;DR
Analytics Engineer (dbt/SQL): Building and maintaining scalable data models and architecture that power internal commercial insights, BI assets, analytics APIs, and customer-facing agentic systems with an accent on data quality, governance, and trusted data products. Focus on scaling dbt architecture and CI/CD, designing performant warehouse models, and enabling self-service analytics through Lightdash.

What you will do
- Scale the dbt project, including its architecture and CI/CD processes.
- Build and maintain performant, scalable, and trusted data models for internal BI, analytics APIs, and customer-facing agentic systems.
- Define and implement data quality standards, PII governance, testing, and documentation.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and product teams to translate business questions into data requirements.
- Develop foundational data assets in Lightdash to enable self-service insights.
Requirements
- Experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, BI Development, or equivalent academic work.
- Hands-on experience with dbt Core or dbt Cloud.
- Strong SQL skills and a good understanding of data modelling patterns.
- Experience with a modern cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
