Analytics Engineer

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve data models and pipelines with reliable, high-quality data.
• Maintain and optimise Lightdash dashboards covering operational, financial, and performance insights.
• Build internal BI dashboards for data-driven decision-making across product, engineering, sales, account management, finance, and customer onboarding.
• Develop account management dashboards for feature adoption, revenue insights, and upsell opportunities.
• Create product and engineering analytics using Mixpanel or custom tracking solutions.
• Build integration health, tenant usage, billing, API cost allocation, and cost-analysis dashboards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, BI engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role in a SaaS or data-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and dashboarding tools such as Lightdash, Superset, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data quality and scalability.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product, engineering, sales, and finance teams.
• Background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proactive approach, ownership, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience with Mixpanel and user behaviour tracking methodologies.
