Senior Lead/Director, Capital Markets Strategy & Execution (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 USD annually for New York-based hires. Compensation may vary for candidates working outside New York.

What you will do

• Lead high-priority Capital Markets strategic initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
• Coordinate execution across Risk, Finance, Legal, Technology, Operations, and external counterparties.
• Translate leadership goals into structured workplans, executive recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support rating agency initiatives, including onboarding, diligence readiness, methodology mapping, and credit narrative development.
• Manage relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, and rating agencies while improving secondary market liquidity across ABS shelves.
• Automate reporting, Intex cash flow analysis, surveillance, and executive dashboards, while helping build safe AI-enabled Capital Markets workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, securitization, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related financial services field.
• Strong knowledge of structured finance and debt funding, including ABS, warehouse facilities, forward flow, private credit, and debt documentation.
• Deep experience with consumer finance or fintech lending platforms and consumer ABS asset classes such as personal loans, auto loans, credit cards, or BNPL.
• Familiarity with Intex, cash flow models, collateral performance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
