Network Engineer (Data Center)

What you will do

• Design, build, operate, and modernize data center and lab networks supporting engineering testbeds, storage arrays, and compute clusters.
• Own and resolve connectivity, routing, and security incidents across data center and lab environments.
• Manage spine-leaf network fabrics, border devices, underlay and overlay connectivity, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Drive network expansion projects, hardware migrations, and configuration standardization across sites.
• Improve network observability and automation using scripts and playbooks for repeatable configuration deployment.
• Collaborate with data center operations, compute, storage, platform teams, international engineering groups, and vendors.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in data center or large lab environments.
• Strong command of L2/L3 networking, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, and OSPF.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting spine-leaf/Clos architectures, enterprise switching, firewalls, and L4-L7 load balancers.
• Practical Linux command-line and basic Python or shell scripting skills.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work from the Prague, Czechia office in an onsite environment.
