What you will do

• Act as the Tier-3 technical escalation point (SME) for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem.
• Resolve major and complex incidents and drive root-cause analysis to implement durable fixes.
• Administer collaboration tenant and platform configurations to ensure security, compliance, and service quality.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant settings, Entra ID access controls, Zoom, and Adobe Admin Console.
• Operate within an ITIL-aligned model managing Incident, Problem, and Change requests.

Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Collaboration: Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access fundamentals (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC).
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with ITIL practices and a strong RCA mindset.
• English: B1 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PIM, Okta/SSO (SAML/OIDC).
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Proficiency in French or Italian.
