TL;DR
L2 – Device Management Specialist (Workspace ONE/UEM): Managing and integrating enterprise device environments with an accent on endpoint compliance, patching, automation, and troubleshooting across operating systems. Focus on diagnosing complex UEM issues, designing hybrid cloud and on-premise integrations, automating workflows with PowerShell, Bash, and Python, and maintaining reliable enterprise-scale device operations.

What you will do

  • Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, operating systems, and UEM components.
  • Manage Workspace ONE policies, profiles, compliance rules, smart groups, Intelligence, and automation.
  • Plan and integrate infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Design patching, vulnerability remediation, packaging, and compliance standards for enterprise-scale environments.
  • Automate workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python fundamentals, APIs, and Git practices.
  • Coordinate with Architects, Project Managers, Technicians, customers, and stakeholders to deliver projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in EUC, UEM, or device management with Tier-3 troubleshooting responsibilities.
  • Strong Workspace ONE expertise, including policies and profiles, compliance, smart groups, Intelligence, and automation.
  • Experience with patch and vulnerability management, including rings, validation, and remediation governance.
  • Knowledge of OS and UEM troubleshooting, PKI/SCEP fundamentals, Entra ID device join, and device access principles.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale standards for packaging, patching, and compliance, with strong RCA and documentation skills.
  • English at B1 level or higher and fluent French are required.

Nice to have

  • Advanced packaging and deployment experience with Win32/MSIX, macOS packages, mobile managed applications, and scripting.
  • Omnissa/VMware Workspace ONE Administrator or Specialist certification.
  • Jamf 200+ or 300+ certification, ITIL v4 Foundation, or Entra ID security baseline experience.
