Physician - Full-Spectrum Primary Care - NYC - Talent Community (Women's Health)

Location: Brooklyn or Manhattan, New York, United States. Future roles may be part-time, full-time, in-person, hybrid, or virtual depending on business needs, market growth, and clinic openings.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based primary care for women, including preventive care, acute concerns, chronic disease management, and whole-person care.
• Deliver women's health services such as routine gynecology, contraception counseling, STI screening, UTI and vaginal infection consultations, pelvic pain, and vaginal bleeding care.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health clinicians, acupuncture providers, and clinical support teams.
• Support teaching and mentorship across the interdisciplinary care team.
• Contribute clinical feedback to improve workflows, protocols, technology-enabled tools, and patient experience.
• Provide collaborating physician support for nurse practitioners when needed and applicable.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, or a relevant specialty.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state where the future opportunity is available.
• Experience in primary care and women's health, including preventive care, hypertension and diabetes management, urgent care, basic dermatologic care, STI screening, and gynecologic consultations.
• Commitment to shared decision-making, inclusive care, and patient-centered partnerships.
• Comfort using technology, EHRs, clinical tools, and evolving research.
• Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to complete required payer and partner credenhirify.globalling.

Nice to have

• Experience or formal training in integrative medicine.
• Experience serving diverse communities, care settings, or care modalities.
• Interest in clinical teaching, care model development, technology-enabled care, or interdisciplinary collaboration.
