Order Management Specialist II (Cybersecurity)

Location: Draper, Utah, United States

Base pay range: 24.71–36.23 USD per hour for all other cities and states excluding the listed higher-range markets.

What you will do

• Own complex customer orders end-to-end across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Interpret contracts, purchase orders, and deal structures against company policies and systems.
• Resolve order issues and escalations through root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, RevOps, and Fulfillment to validate requirements and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials while mentoring peers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, or related Quote-to-Cash functions.
• Advanced proficiency in order management systems, including Salesforce and ERP platforms.
• Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems, including reporting and data analysis.
• Proven experience managing complex transactions and resolving escalations.
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, provide clear data-driven recommendations, manage stakeholders across functions and levels, and prioritize competing workloads.
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Ability to lead small initiatives or projects independently.
