Buyer (Procurement)

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite at the hirify.global Minhang Office

hirify.global develops and manufactures Flash memory and advanced memory technology solutions for global customers and supply chains.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and purchasing activities, including purchase order creation and processing.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage strategic supplier relationships, performance, risks, and corrective actions.
• Lead supplier business reviews and support supplier rationalization and entitlement initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor communications, order confirmations, delivery schedules, delays, shortages, and invoice discrepancies.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to maintain contract governance, verify invoices, and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Prepare procurement reports, maintain purchasing documentation, ensure policy compliance, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in administrative, purchasing, or sourcing-related roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
