What you will do

• Evaluate and optimize procurement workflows, policies, and SOPs to reduce lead times and increase productivity.
• Lead the sourcing and selection of suppliers for indirect materials, including facility projects, IT hardware, and professional services.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements to minimize costs while ensuring quality.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships and conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
• Manage the procurement budget and identify cost-reduction opportunities through vendor consolidation and renegotiation.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in procurement management and indirect material sourcing.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and data analysis using Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certifications such as CPSM or CPM.
• Experience implementing procurement process automation or digital transformation initiatives.
