What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and mentor electrical crews on industrial construction projects.
• Plan daily and weekly activities, manpower assignments, schedules, budgets, and milestone goals.
• Review drawings, specifications, P&IDs, blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics to develop installation plans.
• Coordinate tools, equipment, materials, deliveries, inventory, and work with other trades and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with the NEC, project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, perform hands-on work, and support commissioning, testing, startup, turnover, and closeout.

Requirements

• Current Journeyman Electrician license required; Nevada Journeyman License preferred or ability to obtain it as required.
• 7+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience.
• Previous foreman or electrical leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of power distribution, lighting, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, electrical systems up to 480 VAC, and the NEC.
• Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, estimating, material takeoffs, material management, and tool accountability.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, Microsoft Office, and construction management software skills.

Nice to have

• Medium-voltage experience.
