Accounting & Finance Operations Analyst (Aerospace)

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Manage daily accounting workflows in QuickBooks Online, including transaction coding, matching, reconciliations, and account maintenance.
• Administer Ramp accounting workflows, rules, mappings, projects, classes, and integrations.
• Maintain accurate project, charge-code, vendor, customer, and Chart of Accounts data.
• Support accounts payable, expense processing, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and month-end close.
• Resolve duplicate transactions, integration errors, incorrect mappings, and other accounting discrepancies.
• Support project-level reporting, cost allocation, ERP evaluation and implementation, data migration, testing, SOPs, controls, and recurring financial reporting.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial systems, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with project accounting, inventory, fixed assets, job costing, or manufacturing accounting is helpful.
• Work location: Gardena, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ramp, Brex, Rippling, or similar financial systems.
• Participation in an ERP implementation or financial-system migration.
• Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, hardware, or R&D experience.
• CPA certification is not required.
