AI Expert (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship production-ready AI models, agents, assistants, and reusable skills that solve business and customer problems.
• Turn ideas into working MVPs and partner with engineering to harden them into reliable production systems.
• Define evaluation criteria, build test sets, measure quality and reliability, and maintain rigorous evaluation standards.
• Compose secure agentic workflows using isolation, guardrails, controls, and secure harnesses.
• Select and integrate suitable AI frameworks, tools, models, APIs, and cloud services, then establish reusable patterns and best practices.
• Document how solutions are built, used, operated, and evaluated, while consulting across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping AI agents, assistants, copilots, or reusable skills that are used in practice.
• Hands-on expertise with multi-agent solutions, modern agent frameworks, developer tooling, and agent SDKs from major providers.
• Thorough understanding and practical use of the SKILL.md skills standard.
• Strong evaluation discipline, including test-set creation, metric definition, and measurement of quality, safety, and reliability.
• Proficiency in Python and experience integrating APIs, tools, cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
