What you will do
- Own AI capabilities from research and architecture through prototyping, production deployment, optimization, and monitoring.
- Design multi-step AI agents that investigate workspace risks, interpret enterprise policies, and execute remediation actions.
- Implement machine learning models for clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data classification.
- Build high-throughput, resilient, fault-tolerant AI pipelines and agentic workflows for enterprise-scale workloads.
- Develop continuous evaluation frameworks, accuracy benchmarks, hallucination mitigation, and data security guardrails.
Requirements
- Deep experience with LLMs and agentic technologies, including LangGraph, tool-calling, orchestration, and AutoGPT patterns.
- Strong production coding skills and the ability to work across backend codebases and services.
- Strong experience with Python and SQL, including Postgres and ClickHouse.
- Experience with version control, testing, CI/CD, prompt engineering, and model configuration management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
