Software Engineer, Partner Engineering

Location: Full-time remote work in Canada; quarterly attendance at in-person team gatherings is expected.

Base salary: CAD 135,00–160,000 per year, plus equity and country-specific benefits.

What you will do

• Build deep technical expertise in hirify.global products and apply it to partner outcomes.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own partner integrations from onboarding through launch and steady-state maintenance.
• Improve tools and products using customer and partner feedback.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while implementing automated solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, partner, and external stakeholder teams while contributing through design, testing, and code review.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; Computer Science or Data/Analytics background is beneficial.
• Proficiency in at least one of Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Strong SQL and big data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-focused skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and curious approach to engineering.

Nice to have

• Adtech industry experience.
• Computer Science or Data/Analytics specialization.
