What you will do

• Perform product manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and quality control activities.
• Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment according to good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
• Collect and evaluate operating data to optimize equipment settings, production efficiency, and output quality.
• Support the installation, qualification, maintenance, and training associated with new or reused production equipment.
• Troubleshoot nonstandard production-line events and support process, quality, and cost improvements with engineering.
• Maintain production logs, documentation, raw-material availability, and escalation of risks to shift output schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of relevant experience in electronic or avionics technician training, schematic and wiring-diagram reading, electronic systems, equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, or repair; or an associate degree or higher in a STEM program.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair faulty electronic equipment down to the component level using available schematics.
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Regular on-site presence in Hillsboro, Oregon is required.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office.
• Previous experience in a mask or wafer manufacturing environment.
