HR Generalist (Robotics)

What you will do

• Support and advise employees and managers on HR-related topics.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, from publishing vacancies to supporting new hires.
• Develop and implement HR standards and processes suited to a flexible, dynamic startup environment.
• Organize employee development initiatives, including training, feedback, and career planning.
• Design and implement employer branding initiatives with the marketing team and analyze their results.
• Manage employee data, ensure compliance, and prepare HR reports and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience with employee support, recruiting, employer branding, and HR standards.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles and labor law.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, self-motivation, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
