Product Manager - Production (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid or remote from Latvia, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, or Spain; the role includes travel to production facilities across Europe, the United States, and Mexico. A modern office is available in Riga.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for internal platforms supporting manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment operations.
• Build solutions for operators, technicians, inventory specialists, and managers working in production facilities and warehouses.
• Connect software with physical processes, hardware, and operational workflows.
• Use data, automation, scanners, printers, and other equipment to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Bridge merchant and end-customer needs with internal operational improvements and process automation.
• Lead product work across one or more teams and validate solutions directly in production environments.

Requirements

• Experience building internal platforms such as ERP, OMS, WMS, or similar systems in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with hardware-integrated solutions, including scanners, printers, IoT, or automation equipment.
• Strong understanding of software interactions with production lines, inventory flows, and workforce operations.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods for improving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ability to consider the complete physical user journey in high-pressure production and warehouse environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel to production facilities across Europe, the United States, and Mexico.
