Product Manager - Production (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid in Latvia, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, or Spain; remote work or an office in Riga is available. The role includes travel to production facilities across Europe, the United States, and Mexico.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for internal platforms supporting manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, and production operations.
• Build systems that help operators, technicians, inventory specialists, and managers work effectively on facility floors.
• Bridge merchant and end-customer needs with internal operational workflows by improving and automating processes.
• Shape the use of data, automation, scanners, printers, IoT, and other hardware to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Work directly with production teams, shadow operators, and validate solutions in real-world production environments.
• Set a high standard for product management across complex domains and multiple teams.

Requirements

• Experience building internal platforms such as ERP, OMS, WMS, or similar systems in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with hardware-integrated solutions, including scanners, printers, IoT, or automation equipment.
• Strong understanding of software interaction with production lines, inventory flows, and workforce operations.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies and their application to operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ability to consider the full physical user journey in production facilities and warehouses, beyond screen-based UX.
• Willingness and ability to travel to production facilities across Europe, the United States, and Mexico.
