Product Manager - Chat

Location: Vilnius; hybrid workplace. The role includes the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for messaging and chat products, prioritizing features that increase value for users.
• Conduct discovery with buyers and sellers, test ideas, and analyze data to identify opportunities.
• Translate user and data insights into business cases, product scopes, and requirements.
• Work hands-on with engineering, design, support, account management, and other stakeholders to deliver features.
• Define and track adoption, system performance, conversion, GMV, leakage, and feature-impact metrics.
• Align Engineering, Sales, Support, Legal, Security, Account Management, Data, and Design around user-focused solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP, or workflow-management software.
• Hands-on experience forming hypotheses, running A/B tests, and interpreting results.
• Strong user research, structured problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Technical understanding sufficient to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic with engineers.
• Data-driven approach and comfort working with operational and customer-facing metrics.
• Willingness to work in a real scrap-yard environment to understand seller workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces or messaging and chat products.
• Experience in trust and safety or fraud prevention, including abuse-pattern and false-positive management.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features such as suggested replies, automated flows, or translation.
• Knowledge of the automotive or car-parts domain.
