Onboarding Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia; hybrid working. Full-time Australian working rights are required.

hirify.global operates an online vehicle marketplace that helps people buy and sell vehicles and is expanding its SaaS platform offering.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from contract signing through go-live and handover to Customer Success.
• Deliver tailored product training virtually and in person for users with different experience levels.
• Coordinate platform integrations, system connectivity, onboarding milestones, records, and client communications.
• Support adoption of newly purchased products and features through training and re-engagement programs.
• Identify process improvements that reduce time-to-value and improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Enterprise Customer Success, Product, Technical, and Integrations teams.

Requirements

• Experience in onboarding, implementation, training, customer success, account management, or client services in a SaaS, technology, or subscription environment.
• Ability to manage multiple client onboarding projects, competing priorities, milestones, and agreed timelines.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience maintaining training materials, CRM records, onboarding documentation, and client activity data.
• Experience with software implementations, platform configuration, product adoption, integrations, or technical requirements.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Full-time Australian working rights and a National Police Record check are required.
