Commercial Counsel (AI)

Salary: $220K–$310K annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end negotiation and execution of enterprise customer agreements.
• Draft, redline, and finalize strategic partner and channel contracts.
• Participate directly in customer and partner calls and help move complex deals forward.
• Balance commercial speed, risk, and business realities when negotiating with large enterprises.
• Advise Sales, Partnerships, and Business Operations as a trusted legal partner.
• Support product-related legal questions involving data privacy, AI-driven workflows, and redaction.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of legal experience with strong commercial contracts training.
• Experience in Big Law and/or in-house at a technology company.
• Experience negotiating complex B2B or enterprise agreements.
• Ability to manage risk pragmatically and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented, detail-driven approach with high ownership.
• Ability to work from New York, United States.
