Senior Systems Engineer (Cloud)

Location: Hybrid work week in Commerce City, Colorado, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Salary: $100,000–$149,000 per year, plus potential annual incentive and/or long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own Tier 3 resolution for complex incidents involving hardware, software, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise initiatives, including migrations, implementations, upgrades, modernization, and post-acquisition integrations.
• Design and support on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments across Azure, AWS, VMware, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, identity governance, MFA, Active Directory, and hybrid identity controls.
• Support Windows endpoints and servers, virtualization, core networking, Fortinet equipment, and Zero Trust security architectures.
• Automate operational work, maintain SOPs and knowledge articles, communicate technical issues clearly, and mentor IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions and diagnosing complex IT issues.
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server through 2022, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and certificates.
• Experience designing and supporting hybrid, multi-forest, multi-tenant, and multi-cloud architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and environments aligned with FedRAMP and/or ITAR requirements, plus strong communication and workstream prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Fortinet networking and security equipment.
• Exposure to OT networking in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Exposure to CAD systems such as SolidWorks.
