Senior System Engineer (Microsoft Azure)

What you will do

• Provide IT infrastructure consulting, assess business and technology requirements, and recommend solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead end-to-end infrastructure implementation projects, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Deliver and operate Azure cloud migrations, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SD-WAN/SASE, endpoint security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Manage data center, colocation, IaaS/PaaS, ERP administration, security systems, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Lead technical initiatives, coordinate customers, internal teams, and vendors, and mentor engineering team members.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of System Engineering experience.
• 7–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Enterprise infrastructure design, implementation, support, and customer-facing project experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file and printer servers, Radius, and monitoring systems.
• Experience implementing MFA and EDR/MDR security solutions, plus knowledge of IaaS/PaaS infrastructure.
• English and Japanese language skills, or a deep understanding of Japanese business culture.
