Construction Security Senior Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Point Pleasant, West Virginia, United States; full-time, site-based role at the Monarch campus construction site

Base salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Lead construction security at the Monarch campus as the primary site security representative.
• Oversee access control, badging, visitor management, contractor credentials, perimeter controls, surveillance, and site security plans.
• Manage security risks, incidents, investigations, corrective actions, and coordination with law enforcement, emergency services, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate security technology delivery, design reviews, testing, commissioning, and acceptance for cameras, access control, biometrics, intrusion detection, intercoms, and security networks.
• Maintain risk registers, security documentation, milestones, dependencies, assessments, and program reporting.
• Transition construction security into operations by establishing procedures, validating readiness, supporting team onboarding, and closing security gaps before handover.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in physical security, data center security, construction security, critical infrastructure security, or a related field.
• Experience managing security programs for large-scale construction or critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with general contractors, construction managers, security integrators, and engineering or design organizations.
• Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, biometrics, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and security communications.
• Experience developing security procedures, standards, and risk mitigation measures, with strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent communication, judgment, discretion, independent risk assessment, stakeholder challenge, and issue-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale or AI/GPU data centers, power generation, substations, or other critical infrastructure.
• Experience with security technology commissioning, Genetec or comparable platforms, and local emergency stakeholders.
• ASIS certifications such as CPP or PSP.
