Customer Experience Systems Lead (Automotive)

What you will do

• Own and manage the Retailer Portal, Test Drive Portal, and hirify.global CRM, including configuration, maintenance, and adoption across the retailer network.
• Support the launch of new retailer and satellite locations through system setup, user administration, test drive configuration, and operational readiness activities.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on system and process questions to retailer teams and internal stakeholders.
• Lead virtual and on-site onboarding and training sessions, and create user guides, training materials, and support documentation.
• Monitor system adoption, gather user feedback, and coordinate enhancements and process improvements with HQ teams.

Requirements

• Currently seeking a work-study agreement, preferably for the next two years.
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and system implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Structured, proactive, customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
