DX Operations Manager (Change Management & AI Governance)

What you will do

• Drive business process improvement and operational transformation through AI and automation initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify digitalisation, automation, and efficiency opportunities.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions by connecting business teams with technical experts.
• Lead change management and support adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
• Define and optimise workflows, operating models, and governance processes for new technologies.
• Design AI literacy and enablement programmes, monitor adoption, and support continuous improvement and responsible AI governance.

Requirements

• Experience in business transformation, change management, or a similar role within a complex multinational organisation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Experience working at the intersection of business and technology, preferably in digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, digitalisation, or emerging technologies and their business applications.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in user research, training, enablement, or adoption programmes.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, or related regulatory frameworks.
