Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home are available.

What you will do

• Lead the development of new product features and maintain existing functionality through end-to-end delivery.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle across frontend, backend, testing, deployment, and applicable LLM-based functionality.
• Contribute to scalable architecture and propose sustainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and align implementation with business goals.
• Break down complex problems, manage delivery risks, and ensure reliable deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers through knowledge sharing, feedback, and code reviews while coordinating across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Node, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, Google Cloud, React, React Native, and Apache Kafka.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with agile processes, continuous delivery, and continuous integration.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with strong integrity and work ethic.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, AI-driven architectures, and autonomous agents.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embedding models, and MLOps practices.
