Senior Performance Strategist (AdTech)

Location: Beijing, China; hybrid work with office attendance 2–3 days per week

Salary: 400,000–500,000 RMB annual base compensation plus bonus

What you will do

• Manage key client relationships and optimize campaigns for performance and post-install goals.
• Launch campaigns, identify implementation risks, analyze performance trends, and escalate issues.
• Manipulate and analyze data to deliver insights and recommendations during client calls and QBRs.
• Develop campaign optimization strategies using hirify.global’s platform, tools, and dashboards.
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects involving technical and non-technical teams.
• Design processes, documentation, training, and best practices while mentoring new and junior team members.

Requirements

• Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in campaign optimization, business intelligence, or analytics within adtech.
• Business Mandarin is required.
• Experience with performance-focused optimization and extracting insights from data.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and contribute to product and process improvement.
