Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Japan (B4)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities under moderate guidance.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions and use external vendors, job boards, referrals, and niche sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to evaluate and improve recruiting plans.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, universities, institutes, and professional associations.
• Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers with qualified candidates.
• Use Workday and CRM systems for sourcing, reporting, metrics, and recruitment process improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant in-house talent acquisition recruiting experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Ability to work from the hirify.global Tokyo, Japan office.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, offer, consultative, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring teams and use recruitment tools, technology, and data.
• Passion for talent acquisition and a results-oriented, detail-focused, adaptable approach.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor, display, or high-tech industrial/product knowledge.
• Experience contributing to talent acquisition projects.
• Knowledge of local talent market trends.
