TA Partner, Japan

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, offer consultation, and hiring metrics management.
• Build strategic talent partnerships with hiring leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders, including senior-level stakeholders.
• Develop university relationships, candidate networks, referral sources, and agency partnerships.
• Use market research, candidate insights, data, and storytelling to shape recruitment strategies.
• Use applicant tracking systems and AI-enabled tools to identify, engage, and assess talent efficiently.
• Design scalable, compliant, and continuously improving recruitment practices aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in a corporate environment.
• Experience hiring across Japan and recruiting for Sales, customer operations, and technical software roles at different levels.
• Experience managing agencies and evaluating agency performance.
• Experience building and developing university relationships.
• Strong consultative communication, sourcing, networking, market research, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI-driven technology.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry.
