Tech Recruiter (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid workstyle with office attendance required according to organizational guidelines and team objectives

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for product engineering roles, from defining requirements with technical stakeholders through sourcing, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Plan and execute direct sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for domestic and international engineering candidates.
• Analyze ATS pipeline metrics, sourcing ROI, and funnel conversion rates to improve hiring strategy and operational efficiency.
• Partner with engineering leads to define role personas, create objective evaluation rubrics, and provide interviewer training.
• Support recruitment branding, technical meetups, and hiring events to strengthen presence in the technology market.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience focused on software or product engineering, in-house or agency.
• Proven success using direct sourcing and talent mapping to recruit passive engineering candidates.
• Practical experience recruiting overseas candidates and managing global pipelines involving relocation.
• Strong, data-informed command of ATS, sourcing platforms, and talent intelligence tools.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth technology companies, FinTechs, or global software organizations.
• Familiarity with software engineering stacks and technical roles including backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, and AI/ML.
• Experience planning and executing technical recruitment events or meetups.
