General Site Superintendent (EPC)

Location: McCarran, Nevada, United States. Daily onsite presence is required during active work periods.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee in-house installers, subcontractors, vendors, and field project teams.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating, subcontractors, and crews to deliver work according to drawings, specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Plan construction methods, materials, equipment, production schedules, and risk mitigation measures.
• Manage site work, access, medium- and low-voltage electrical work, and BESS installation.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, inspections, utilities, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Enforce safety, quality, process-control, and documentation standards across jobsite operations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction supervision experience, preferably with a general or electrical contractor.
• Experience with BESS and commercial solar construction is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret standards, contract plans, specifications, and company or AHJ requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of construction equipment operation and maintenance requirements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Safety Trained Supervisor certification.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Experience with 3D model reviews, Navisworks, and clash reviews.
