Senior AI Engineer

Location: Remote work within Poland; candidates must already be living in Poland.

What you will do

• Build and maintain production-grade agentic frameworks for AI applications interacting with vehicles in real time.
• Design multi-agent reason-and-act loops that decompose complex goals into actionable subtasks.
• Implement a versioned prompt registry with model-agnostic routing and A/B testing of system prompts.
• Engineer PII redaction and hallucination-verification mechanisms to audit AI-generated actions before execution.
• Develop, train, tune, validate, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable AI and data science solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, applied sciences, or a related field; a master’s or PhD is preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, or C++, with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proven experience building multi-agent systems and frameworks with adaptive orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of jailbreak detection, such as LlamaGuard, and PII masking for secure LLM interactions in regulated environments.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control, and agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
