is a Series B SaaS company building an AI-driven event marketing intelligence platform that helps businesses discover, evaluate, and optimize event strategies.
What you will do
- Research and apply AI agents, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and supervised or unsupervised learning to develop product capabilities.
- Translate business problems into AI solutions that improve workflows, accelerate insights, and deliver measurable value.
- Design and integrate agentic chat across the platform, enabling agents to reason, take action, and surface insights.
- Architect scalable, multi-tenant AI infrastructure for performance, latency, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Own observability, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for production AI features.
- Partner with product, data science, application engineering, and leadership teams on the AI roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering or data engineering experience, including 3+ years building AI/ML-driven products.
- Strong Python programming skills and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks such as Hugging Face or LangChain and data pipeline tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Production experience with LLMs and generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM deployment.
- Strong understanding of data science and machine learning, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
