Solutions Architect (NYC)

Location: Hybrid, with at least three days per week in the New York City office; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $140,000–$175,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead client projects and manage deployments of responsible AI agents.
• Conduct scoping meetings and recommend product architectures aligned with customer goals.
• Advise customers on implementation best practices and connect technical solutions to business value.
• Design, modify, and test products in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and proactively address risks during deployment cycles.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders to improve conversational AI experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect for a technical product or in a relevant customer-facing technical role.
• Experience managing deployments, providing technical support, and troubleshooting.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent, with deep technical understanding.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, product strategy, roadmaps, and releases.
• Ability to balance long-term vision and strategy with short-term customer needs.
• Exceptional multitasking, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a healthtech company.
• Experience with ML, AI, NLU technologies, or related products.
