Senior Supervisor - Production (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise the movement of production and NPI lots within the assigned product line.
• Manage direct labor, monitor personnel performance, and coordinate resource requirements with HR, production control, and industrial engineering.
• Plan production schedules, manage risks, and deploy manpower on weekly and monthly cycles.
• Conduct shift-start production calibrations covering delivery, quality, and operational issues.
• Coordinate time and motion studies, update standards and capacity models, and monitor weekly KPIs.
• Support Factory 4.0 and continuous improvement programs focused on delivery, quality, and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in semiconductor test and assembly operations.
• Experience supervising 30 or more operators.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, capacity analysis, and time study methodologies.
• Ability to work shifting schedules.
• Good attitude and strong motivation to work.
