Business Process Manager

Location: Westminster, CO; Sunnyvale, CA; Dayton, OH; or Remote US. Up to 10% travel required.

Salary: $122,500–$168,400 per year, with bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end pricing structures, global discounting schemas, and SKU lifecycles.
• Lead business-side execution of multi-year enterprise system migrations across Oracle, Agile PLM, Oracle Cloud PLM, and Salesforce.
• Design system workflow documentation and deliver training programs for cross-functional teams.
• Lead system hygiene initiatives covering obsolete price lists, inactive accounts, and outdated discount models.
• Partner with senior executives to translate strategic business models into operational workflows.

Requirements

• Deep expertise with Oracle, Agile PLM, Oracle Cloud PLM, and Salesforce.
• Experience with end-to-end data ownership, system hygiene, and SKU lifecycle governance.
• Demonstrated success in change management, executive communication, and agile-to-cloud platform migrations.
• Ability to design scalable go-to-market workflows and audit response frameworks.
• Ability to work from the listed US locations or remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira Service Management and pricing or billing engine integrations.
• Background in field systems, geospatial, or industrial technology.
