Talent Acquisition Project Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Houston, United States; generally an office environment. Evening and weekend work may be required to meet critical project milestones.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, technical, and corporate roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized aerospace talent using AI-powered search, resume screening, and candidate-matching tools.
• Build talent pipelines for flight software engineers, avionics specialists, program managers, and systems engineers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term talent plans.
• Conduct behavioral and technical screening and use conversational AI tools to streamline early-stage recruiting and interview coordination.
• Track recruiting performance, communicate project status, apply agile project management methods, and improve time-to-fill and candidate quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, or advanced engineering environments.
• Experience sourcing and closing specialized technical talent in competitive or cleared markets.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and AI-powered sourcing and matching tools; Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, judgment, collaboration, deadline management, and process-improvement skills.
• Access to export-controlled technical data may require additional U.S. export-control screening under NASA regulations, ITAR, or EAR; meeting these requirements is a condition of employment.

• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for cleared or highly competitive technical markets.
