Customer Marketing Manager (Wine): Developing and executing customer activation and brand marketing plans for Australian and New Zealand wine markets with an accent on localised brand strategies, in-store promotions, and direct-to-consumer communications. Location: Remote in Australia; candidates must have the right to work in Australia through a current work visa or citizenship/passport.

What you will do
- Develop localised brand assets and customer activation plans for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Create annual activation calendars aligned with in-store promotions.
- Manage local brand assets, tasting notes, award submissions, events, and through-the-line marketing plans.
- Coordinate agencies across point-of-sale, design, and activation development.
- Support the Fine Wine Manager with sales collateral.
- Manage direct-to-consumer website and email marketing activities.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering below-the-line activation and customer-led initiatives.
- Experience managing agencies across point-of-sale, design, and activation development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and achieve results within specified timeframes.
- Current right to work in Australia through a work visa or citizenship/passport.
