Digital Marketing Specialist (Content & Campaigns)

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day marketing activities across multiple digital channels.
• Implement EDM and CRM marketing campaigns and maintain communications in the CRM platform.
• Manage organic social media content and create clear, engaging marketing copy.
• Update and maintain accurate website content through a CMS.
• Create and edit marketing materials in Canva and provide basic video editing support.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing execution and ensure activities are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience with EDM/email marketing and CRM marketing.
• Experience managing social media and creating digital marketing content.
• Strong copywriting skills and excellent written English.
• Proficiency with Canva or basic graphic design.
• Experience with CMS and website content management.
• Basic video editing, strong organization, and high attention to detail.
